Building on our previous workshop series exploring parental roots and how your own childhood shapes our approach to parenting, this new series takes a closer look at the patterns that emerge in relationships — your attachment style. While the earlier series focused on uncovering influences from your past, this series explores how those patterns show up in real-time with your children, helping you understand triggers, regulate your responses, and foster secure, connected relationships. It’s a natural next step from reflection on your history to actively shaping the way you relate and respond in the present.

This four-part in-person workshop series is designed to explore how our own attachment patterns influence the way we relate to other people and especially our children. Together, we will gently examine both the conscious and unconscious experiences that shape our reactions, expectations, and emotional responses.
